Like "industrialized Lego," the building is disassembled into multiple flexibly combinable unit components to adapt to different usage needs.
Main Components & Design Features
The main frame of the Detached container house is made of Q235B high-strength steel with a wall thickness of 3mm. It has strong load-bearing capacity, wind resistance level 10, and earthquake resistance level 7. The panels can be EPS color steel sandwich panels (thermal insulation) or rock wool sandwich panels (fireproof and flame-retardant). The fire resistance level reaches B1, and it is waterproof and moisture-proof with a service life of 15-20 years.

3. On-site Deployment:
① Foundation leveling (simple concrete pad or steel structure base);
② Frame 3D splicing (columns + beams assembled);
③ Wall panel/door and window installation;
④ Waterproofing and sealing treatment;
⑤ Functional support (water and electricity interfaces reserved for quick connection);
4. Acceptance and Delivery: The entire system can be put into use after overall inspection, requiring no complex procedures.
